This agreement describes the conditions on the basis of which the services of the KONVERT Service (hereinafter referred to as the Service) are provided. Before using the services of the Service, the User is obliged to read and accept all the terms of this agreement. Otherwise, the User has no right to use the services of the Service.

This agreement is located for public access on the Internet on the page konvert.im and can be changed by the management of the Service unilaterally without additional notice to the User.

The parties to this agreement are the Service and any individual using the services of the Service (User).

1. Terms and definitions

1.1. "KONVERT" is a trademark, which is the name for the exchange office of title units of payment systems and offers its services using a special software interface for all Users.

1.2. User is any natural person using the services of the KONVERT Service.

1.3. The title unit is a conventional unit of one or another payment system that corresponds to the calculations of electronic systems and indicates the scope of rights corresponding to the agreement between the electronic payment system and its Customer.
